Starting from Volume 10, Issue 11 (2026), the Journal of Surgery and Medicine (JOSAM) has transitioned its open-access licensing framework from CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) to strengthen research accessibility, international discoverability, and compliance with global indexing standards.
Starting from Volume 10 Issue 6 (2026), JOSAM has adopted an electronic article identifier (e-location) system instead of traditional page numbering.
