Aim, Focus and Scope

Journal of Surgery and Medicine (JOSAM) is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes manuscripts describing both clinical, experimental, and basic science research.  JOSAM aims to bring important work using any medical research to a wide international audience and therefore only publishes papers with strong and valuable messages that advance our understanding of medicine. The research presented includes case studies. Both experimental and clinical studies are accepted, as are descriptive accounts, although these must offer insights into issues of general interest to medical doctors.

Editorial Board and JOSAM comply with the criteria of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The JOSAM aims to serve as a publishing platform for researchers in all areas of the health sciences.
