and "National Information Standards Organization" (NISO) as the
guidelines in its editorial and publication processes.
Papers with all medical science will be evaluated like Anatomy, Anesthesiology, Basic Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Cancer, Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Chest Disease, Cellular Biology, Clinical Cancer Research, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Cardiovascular Research, Clinical Endocrinology, Clinical Pathology, Clinical Nutritional Research, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Genetics, Geriatrics, General Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hematology, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Methods of Epidemiology and Other Preventive Medicine, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Neonatology, Nursing Care, Nutrition and Metabolism, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Pathophysiology, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, Physiology, Psychiatry, Public Health and Health Services, Pulmonology, Psychosomatic Diseases, Respiratory Diseases, Radiology, Radiobiology, Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, Stem Cell Research, Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Toxicology, Urology, and Etc.
The first criteria, originality and high scientific quality were determined in the articles that were planned to be published in the journal. All articles submitted to the journal are passed through the double-blind review process. In the event of a dispute between the referees, the article will be forwarded to a third referee or an editorial board member. The final decision-making authority of all articles in the decision-making process are the editorial board. For the studies presented in scientific congresses, the full name, date, and place of the congress should be stated in the "Title Page".
The ICMJE suggests that the authors meet the following four criteria: 1. To contribute to the content of the work/design and collection, analysis, and interpretation of data for study; 2. To have drafted the writing essay or have made critical reviews with an important intellectual content; 3. To have reviewed and approved the last version of the article before its publication; 4. To accept the responsibility for all aspects of working to ensure that questions concerning the validity and validity of any part of the work are properly investigated and resolved.
JOSAM assumes that each

Helsinki Declaration and Informed consent
In all studies with the "human" element, the principle of complying with the "Helsinki declaration principles" is sought. In such researches, the authors refer to the "Methods and methods" section of the study in accordance with the "Helsinki Declaration principles", Ethical committee approval and "informed consent" by those participating in the study. The institution and number/date information for the ethics committee approval should only be given on the title page. If "Animal" substance is used in the study, authors are obliged to indicate that they are working in accordance with the principles of "manuals and methods for the use of laboratory animals" and to conduct research in accordance with ethical rules. Committee of experiments used by animals, the institution, and number/date information concerning the Ethical committee approval of the experimental animals should only be given on the title page. In case-report presentations, it should be noted that "informed consent" has been received independently of the patient's identity. Patients have privacy rights that should not be violated without receiving informed consent. The identification of the information, including the patient's name, initials, or hospital numbers, should not be published in written descriptions, photographs unless necessary for scientific purposes, and the patient (or parent or guardian) written for publication informed consent. The notified consent for this purpose requires that an identifiable patient be presented with the published manuscript. TheAuthors should identify the individuals who help the authors and disclose the resources of this help. Specifying details should be skipped when they are not required. However, it is difficult to obtain a complete anonymity, and if you have doubts, informed consent should be taken. For example, the eye area mask in photos of patients is insufficient protection of anonymity. If identifying characteristics are altered to protect anonymity, such as in genetic pedigrees, authors should provide assurance that alterations do not distort scientific meaning and editors should so note.
The Declaration of Helsinki states that "Every clinical trial must be registered in a publicly accessible database before recruitment of the first subject".
The articles should be prepared in accordance with the "ICMJE-Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journal” (December 2016 updated form - http://www.icmje.org/icmje-recommendations.pdf).
Accepted languages are

Provided that the manuscript
complies with the manuscript preparation guidelines, it goes through a
reviewing process: manuscript seen first by the Editor-in-Chief and the
Editorial Board members, then sent to at least two blinded-peer-reviewers.
Reviewer forms should be submitted to the journals within 30 days. Reviewers
may accept the article as it is, requests minor or major revisions, or reject.
In case there is a disagreement between reviewers, the manuscript may be sent to
an extra reviewer. The article can be published only after the required
revisions are fulfilled by the author. However, taking into consideration the
recommendations of the reviewers, the final decision belongs to the Editor. Note
that a double-blind peer review system is adopted; the reviewer is unaware of the
identity of the author, and the author is also unaware of the identity of the reviewer.
Corrections / Revisions
When submitting the revised version, they must mark the changes they have made in the main text and, in addition, send the "correction letter" (Reply to referee) on suggestions proposed by the referees. In response to revision in review phase or pre-review phase, the revised article's files should be submitted to journals within 30 days following the decision letter. If the revised version does not install in the specified time, the option may be canceled and the article will be declined. If the authors need additional time for revision, they should send the extension requests to the journals within the first 30 days.
The articles accepted for the publication are checked for grammar, punctuation, and format. Printed PDF files (PDF proof) of accepted articles are forwarded to the responsible author, and the
publication changes/check/approvals are requested within 30 days. If the
proof version of the paper has not approved or checked in the specified time,
the process of the paper will be canceled and declined. Publication of
completed articles will be published in an early online format on the journal
website before publication with the number in the release plan.
-1 Send the statement as .pdf or .jpg file at first stage of submission.
-2 Send title-page file as docx file which has only title and information of authors.

Each author must sign the Withdrawal Form with completely clarified the reason, examine the initially marked frame and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. The author is allowed to withdraw the manuscript without paying any withdrawal penalty if the author(s) requests a withdrawal of the manuscript in the pre-review stage. If the author(s) requests a withdrawal of manuscript, after the pre-review stage or in the production stage (early pub); then authors need to make a withdrawal penalty. Advanced stage in the editorial process, when peer reviews were near completion was unacceptable unless there are compelling reasons. The editorial committee looks at the withdrawal asks for due in 30 days. Unless the council supports the withdrawal of related article of which the copyright is renounced and exchanged to the Journal of Surgery and Medicine, the authors can't send their original copies for assessment to different journals.
Distribution panel of Journal of Surgery and Medicine has a commitment to dispatch an examination if there is any uncertainty of copyright or counterfeiting for a distributed composition or an original copy in early discharge or the assessment. In the consequence of the examination, if the distribution board chooses that there is a copyright or written falsification issue in the original copy nearby, it pulls back the survey procedure and returns the composition to the writers by referring to in detail the recognized circumstances. On the off chance that the production council distinguishes a copyright issue or written falsification in an original copy whether distributed or in early discharge, it starts the withdrawal procedure and finishes the notice procedure. For the original copy in which moral encroachment is recognized;
1. "Pulled back" explanation is added
beside the title of the electronic variant of the original copy.
2. In the areas of Abstract and Full Text, the purposes behind withdrawal are composed, references for proof are given in detail, and the statement of the subsidiary foundations and associations of the author(s) are additionally distributed.
3. The explanations behind withdrawal are announced on the site of the journal.
4. After the withdrawal date, in the substance rundown of the electronic adaptation of the primary number of the journal to be distributed, "Pulled back: The Title of the Manuscript" is included, beginning from the principal page the purposes behind withdrawal and references of the first references are imparted to open and analysts.
5. To the associated foundations of the author(s), the withdrawal see is sent.
6. The previously mentioned withdrawal see is sent to the associations and organizations in which the journal is filed, and to the Presidency of the National Library for the composition to be recorded in file frameworks and lists.
